2014: The beginning of our journey

SEAPAY DIS ApS was founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of SEAPAY ApS. It started as a niche project, but within a short time we could see that there was a greater demand than we had expected. In the beginning we entered all payroll data manually, but today we create customized solutions for each individual customer, which helps to ensure uniform processes and reporting to the authorities.

2021: New ownership

With Lars Rieskov Hansen on board as CEO in 2021, we were infused with new energy and SEAPAY DIS ApS went from just being a subsidiary to being the operating company. Since then, we have developed and optimized the processes so that payroll administration becomes both simpler and more reliable for our customers.

2023: Management grows

In 2023, Bent Erik Laursen joined as co-owner and director, and this gave the company a boost, where we have intensified our focus on innovation. With innovative thinking and targeted efforts, we have created smarter solutions to keep up with the competition in the payroll industry.

2025: Heading towards new horizons

Based on what we do best, we move forward with a goal of growing – both as a company and as a partner to those we work for. It’s about refining the details, strengthening relationships and ensuring that every experience with us feels safe, professional and valuable. At SEAPAY DIS, we want to be the best in our field.
